Meet Mat’s March Employee Spotlight…John Slakoper

John and his wife Helene are lifelong residents of Croydon. They have been happily married for over 32 years. John graduated from the Temple School of Pharmacy in 2005.πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ He gives his wife Helene, most of the credit for getting through school by keeping the house going and raising their 2 sons, John Jr. & CJ. He gives his brother Mat the credit for putting him in a situation where he can thrive as a Pharmacist in the same town that he grew up in.🏠

John is a PCCA (Professional Compounding Centers of America) trained Compounding Pharmacist. He uses that training to provide compounded options to our loyal patients and their doctors. options that would otherwise not be available. If you ask most people who work with John they would tell you that he can be very demanding and difficult to deal with at times. He doesn’t apologize for that behavior because his focus is always the patient.πŸ’Š He also realizes that the only way we can provide consistent & good customer service is to have the best associates…which he believes we have! 😍

The most rewarding thing that John & his wife Helene take pride in is their involvement with their children. Whether it was coaching numerous sports from Croydon Little League Baseball⚾️, CYO soccer⚽️, basketballπŸ€, travel soccer, roller hockey or flag footballπŸ‰. And even being President of Home & School at St. Thomas Aquinas . The best part for John is having people that he grew up with or coached coming into the store for help with their medications.
